Where is Capture One ver 9 which I paid for?
I paid for version 9 and I was happy with it, but recently got a new laptop after the previous one was stolen and wanted to re-install, but version 9 is not on the download page. Could you please provide a link to the version 9 software I paid for?

We're just a bunch of your fellow users. Contact Support using the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page and they should be able to provide a link to version 9 for you. (But you'll need to check that version 9 works with the OS on your new laptop.)
