License on 3rd PC

This is a complex question. The number of activations depends on your Capture One purchase history. If you previously had a 3-machine license for v20, then you should still be able to activate 21 on 3 machines. But if you started with v21 then you have 2 simultaneous activations.

If I remember correctly, the complication comes if you started with C1 20. In that case (again if I remember right), the number of simultaneous activations depends on when you bought 20.

Have you tried finding out your status by looking at your account page?

Worst case, you could deactivate/reactivate on machines as needed. If you need more help, submit a Support Request as this is a user-to-user forum.

    Thanks for reply.

I started with Sony C1 10, and thereafter sony pro versions 11, 12 and now 20/21.

I looked at the account page and the last "Capture One (for Sony) 21 - Single-user license" indicate a change in license policy, as I just want to upgrade to latest version.

Deactivate/Activate on machines is possible but irritating as I am the only user.

Do the history open for a 3rd machine?

    Kind Regards,

    Poul,

The Manufacturer specific versions have, as far as I can recall, always been restricted to no more than 2 activations. But as Abbott wrote above, the situation has become a little more complex in recent times. Also my recollection of the previous status may not be complete.
