New user, bought a new Fujifilm camera but no free use of CO Express

I bought a new Fujifilm camera and there is a Capture One flyer included in the box that indicates Capture One Express is included with every Fujifilm camera purchase.

I have downloaded Capture One but can't find a license code to activate the software :-(

I'm a bit disappointed so far

  Maarten,

  Use the Search facility near the top right of this page and find the information you need in the Community FAQ pages. There is at least one link that takes you to an article that advises on what you need to know to answer your questions and you may find other useful articles at the same time.

  Bear in mind this is mainly a User to User forum, not an official support channel unless you see a pinned post in any of the forum sections. If you see a pinned post it means that it has been created by Capture One and so may be "official" but will not usually be a "support" channel offering interactive support for any problems. For personal support use the "Submit a request" feature on the top line of this page and many other pages in the Community pages.

  Hi Keith,

  I did look and followed those instructions, but never received a license key.

  I uninstalled and started the process again. This time a licence key was displayed and emailed.

  Seems to work this time.
