Keyboard shortcut customisations - automatically rewritten.

Hi 👋 

We're using C1 22 Enterprise, version 15.1.0 on Mac machines, Monterey 12.1. We can't edit the default shortcut list even if we create a custom set. Particularly: Add/Remove form Favorites set as blank and unchangeable. Set as Capture Folder set as ù and unchangeable. Guides set as blank and unchangeable. We tried to import a custom set from an older version of C1 but it has been rewrote almost instantaneously and set again as above. 

Any ideas on why is this happening? Could it be related to old workspaces imported from older version of C1... ?
