HEIC - rotation issue with update 14.3.1.10
There is a major bug on rotation since last update 14.3.1.10. Vertical pictures appear horizontal and Horizontal pictures are upside down ... When I change the rotation for horizontal pictures, they are upside down in the thumbnails column. When I edit the horizontal pictures, they blink upside down.

I don't see any issue about orientation with this version. Maybe your camera is not fully compatible with this update ? Did you try with an other camera (if you have one) ?

I also don't see any rotation issues with any of the images I've looked at in my catalog, which has cameras from Nikon Coolpix 990 (JPEG) and a number of Canon DSLRs, and now a EOS R5 (Raw). What I do find occasionally, though, is that apparently the camera gets confused and seems to record the wrong orientation on the file. I've been able to see this in-camera when I review images. It looks like if the camera's tilted a relatively small amount from horizontal/vertical, the camera gets confused and marks the image as being shot in landscape orientation. This shows pretty obviously in my R5, as the EVF instantly reflects the orientation the camera thinks it's in. Drives me buggy, but I haven't found a way to change the behavior.

I had to precise the issue seems to happen only with .heic (iphone 12pro). Other formats seems ok. I have created a catalog and imported pictures with the previous capture one version. Then, once upgraded, the pictures were not well oriented anymore.
With heic, even the perspective tools are upside down for landscape pictures.0 -
As HEIC format is supposed to be supported by C1 (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016552258-HEIF-HEIC-file-format), then this issue would deserve submitting a request (top right corner of this page).

Yes, I did. As far as I have tested it, the problem happens when I open a catalog created with the previous version of Capture Pro and containing HEIC files, with the latest version. With a catalog created through the last version, no problem. Unfortunately, I was not able to test to import an old catalog into a new one because I was not using HEIC before. I did import the already "perverted" one and the same issues happened, the orientations of heic pictures are messy.
