    If this is the way things are going to work going forward I wish you luck.

    Well clearly it isn't, or the board would be full of similar complaints, which it is not.

    And - as I point out with depressing regularity - "it doesn't work" is exactly like telling your doctor "I have a symptom" and expecting a full and accurate diagnosis...

    Perhaps if I was a programmer I might be able to figure the problem and solution myself. I've explained the problem as best as I can there are no other notifications that pop up or issues to report. I upgraded and now the program doesn't work. What else do you want? I cant give it to you more in depth. That is the sum total to the experience and pleasure that I've had so far. I will add that I have also deleted the program and redownloaded the update to only get the same result. So if you can not help please be kind enough to be up front. Besides, I doubt that you're a doctor.

    Maybe it's too soon to bring product to the market. Is there a way to download the previous 15.1 version?

    Go to support in your account on the main website and raise a support request.

    You need to launch the link (orange button) from the first screen, which will bring up the browser window and complete the activation. Then C1 will start.

    That sounds all well and good, but you're missing the point.  The first screen is hidden by the second screen. When I choose to open that and when I choose to close that screen the whole thing then closes down, shut down or what ever you would like to say.  This is the definition of insanity.

    I don't understand why this is not understood, I've said it over and over.  It's ridiculous and most frustrating I wish I had stayed with c1 21....  this is not worth the hassle and feeling that I'm talking another language.

    As you might surmise I'm computer illiterate. I know just enough to get in trouble.  Years ago I've had people remotely inspect and make adjustments.  I'm clueless...

    I have the same problem. 15.0 was working. 15.1.2.3 shows two splash screens, then disappears. I'll go looking for a previous version now ... 

    Update: Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling 15.1.2.3 and still just hangs on the splash screen. The splash screen behind their obnoxious advertisement just says "Loading ..." It's not downloading anything. I checked. Fortunately, I still have Capture One 21 installed. I'll keep using that until they can get Capture One 22 working.

    Oh no I won't, says Capture One 21. My catalogs have already been upgraded. Well, now I'm stuck. I'd definitely recommend no one upgrade until they get this fixed.

    I still had CaptureOne22.Win.15.0.0.exe in my Downloads folder. That doesn't appear to be available from Capture One anymore. Same problem now. Could be something changed with Windows and Capture One hasn't caught up yet.

    All I can tell you is that after a day or two trying to explain the situation over and over, the program then suddenly worked.  I cannot tell you what was different.  I got some snarky responses but ultimately that was for naught.

    I have the same problem. Version 15.0.0 worked fine. When switching to 15.1.1 or 15.1.2 by clicking on the "Lets Get Started" button, the program flies with an error. With a further attempt to continue issues "Firefox cannot establish a connection to the LocalHost: xxxxx server"

    Try using another browser, if Firefox is the default browser change that also.

    The problem is solved.  Filtering content transmitted by application protocols disabled  In ESET NOD.
