Desktop Refresh loop after CO 21 14.3
Hello, After installing CO 14.3 and running it, then closing it and restarting my computer, my desktop won't stop refreshing causing me to have to go to a restore point on windows. I deduced this was caused by Capture One after having this issue occur 10 times between installing and not installing Capture One. I've ran RAM tests, CPU tests and GPU tests to identify this is not a hardware issue on my machine. This issue only happens on startup FOLLOWING Capture One 14.3 release or later. I have even done a complete clean install of Windows 10 to try to remove even more user error from the equation and the issue still persists. I am unable to use your software as this issue still persists even with 14.3.1 If there's someway for me to give you information please tell me what I can provide to help replicate the issue for you.

When I boot it it loads and gets me to the lock screen with the clock in the bottom left, however without loading the background image.
When I press any key to get me to the unlock screen where I can type in my password it gets stuck in a loop of blue screen with 4 icons in the bottom right and the lock screen with the clock in the bottom left.
What can I do?
