Can't log in to account to upgrade.
I can't upgrade C1 because I can't log into my Capture One account from my computer (Safari and High Sierra). Either it doesn't recognize my password or it logs me out in 1 second. I got in for 10 seconds one time. There are no problems logging in with a phone or tablet.
I have tried changing the password, clearing cookies, restarting the OS. A second account seems like a bad idea.
Is it caused by deactivating the old C1 version associated with that computer? Incompatibility with 3 yr. old browser? Something else?

The problem was the Safari browser. I downloaded Firefox and logged in to my C1 account with that.
