Annotation not show

Hi, is it only me that when I make an annotation on a photo, even when I have the "always show annotations" option selected, I cannot see them? Could this be a new "feature" v14.3?

MBP Retina 15" mid2015, Mojave, latest C1Pro

    Same configuration (Mojave, 14.3), and the annotations I've done can be seen, even when "always show annotations" is not selected.
