how to upgrade license "Capture One 21 for Sony" to "for every camera"?
Hi,
I bought a license for Capture One 21 for Sony, but I like to use Capture One also for my pictures shot with my previous Canon camera. What is the procedure to upgrade my license?

Log on to your C1 online account and any upgrade option should be listed there.

Thanks for your quick respons.
I did what you advised. On the page "https://www.captureone.com/en/account/upgrade" I get the message "You can also enter your license key here:". When entering my license key (bought 16-6 2021) I get the response "No upgrade found"?
Does this mean it is impossible to upgrade from C1 for Sony to C1 Pro?0 -
I upgraded myself from Sony to Pro about 2 years ago so AFAIK it’s still possible.
Use the email address and password that you used to first create your C1 account to log in. Your C1 Sony should be listed there. You shouldn’t have to enter license key.

Thanks gb,
I probably do something wrong. When I am on my account page (https://www.captureone.com/en/account) I see five boxes, one of them with the text "Upgrade". When I click on that box I am send to https://www.captureone.com/en/account/upgrade and there I'm askes for my license key. After I enter my license key, I I get the response "No upgrade found".
Also I can not find anywhere what the price is for an upgrade and how to pay for it.

Erik,
If you have logged in to your C1 account using the user name and password associated with your license you should not need to enter the License Key ASSUMING you have activated your existing copy of C1.
Is it possible you have more than one Account registered at C1?
If not, and if you have already read the FAQ articles in the Community Pages about Account Management and Upgrades without finding any useful answers to your specific situation, I would recommend using the "Submit a request" option and creating a Support Case, directed at sales/marketing rather than technical support (see the options available), to seek assistance with your account information in order to assess what is happening and why you do not automatically see any upgrade options when you look for them.
You might also want to try another browser (of possible) just in case you have something strange going on with Site Cookies on your machine that may not be identifying your details correctly when logged in. That would be a rather obscure problem but something one sees around the internet from time to time.

Thanks SFA,
When I look at my account page it tells me that I have 1 activation remaing, so that suggest that I have activated correctly once.
I tried using a different browser, but got he same results. So I will contact sales/mareting.
Thanks for your advise.

Your account and activations list should also show you the License key/Activation Code which C1 considers to be currently active.
Check that it matches the code you are trying to enter.
If you are not a studio type business with multiple licenses it should not be necessary, as far as I know, to enter the License key at all in order to administer the activations or make an automated enquiry about what upgrade potential may be available to you.
I'm not sure that the discussion has confirmed whether you have a perpetual license or a subscription license.
A subscription would have no Upgrade option.
For any type of C1 license, a subscription offers all future upgrades and new versions as part of the license, only for that specific "type". To change types, i.e. change from Sony to all camera types, the process simply means that one terminates one subscription and start a new subscription for the alternative type.
As I recall, if you have paid for a year in advance you may not be able to terminate early via the subscription management pages and you would need to contact the Sales Administration team to make that happen.
Use the "Submit a request" feature in the Community pages to do that if this is relevant to your situation.
