Add New Variants Icons to the Windows Toolbar

I just upgraded to C1Pro 21. 

I recently watched one of the videos presented by David Grover, where he mentioned that these "new variant" icons  at the toolbar ("new variant" and "clone variant") were very useful. 

Indeed, they would very useful to me, because I am mostly a "mouse" (rather than a keyboard shortcut) guy.

But I can't find them in my toolbar. Is this option available only for macs? If so, why is this option not replicated for the windows version?
