Loss of post processing after closing the software
Hello, it's been twice that I lost all the settings I made on a wedding editing after closing the software. I have to start all over again each time, C1 does not save my work. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, what should I do?

First of all, tell us more. Are you working in a catalog or a session? Where are the images stored - if a catalog, are they inside the catalog or in a folder outside the catalog, and on the internal drive of the computer, or an external drive?
And what is your computer set-up? What version of Windows are you on?

Hi Ian, i only working in session. The images are stored in internal NVME SSD. My version of windows 10 is the last and my computer set-up is :
- CPU AMD 3900x / GPU RTX 2070 S / 32 go RAM / NVME M2 and SSD
Thanks.

So...
As you are in a session, the edits should be stored in .cos files in subfolders of the image files, like this.

(This is a Mac, not Windows, but the same principle applies. The settings folder will have a different number on it as you are on an earlier version of Capture One than I am, but again, the same principle applies.)
Are the .cos files there? Do their date stamps correspond to when you made your edits? Are you saying that when you open your session again, the images look un-adjusted?

J'ai tout ce que vous dites, d'après ce que j'ai compris je dois vérifier avant de fermer C1 qu'il y a des heures de post-traitement à côté de chaque photo pour plus de sécurité. Merci beaucoup tu es super!
