I am using the latest windows version. I am trying to export about 1200 images. I have already exported about 3000 from other files on the same day. It is also only a select amount of files from that edit that doesn't want to export. is there any reason for this?

    The log keeps repeating this:

A selected variant cannot be processed. This may be due to license restrictions.

    Hi Dom,

which version of C1 do you use?

How differ the not exported images from the others?

    Regards
    Ernst

    Hello Ernst,

I have c1 21 they are all pretty similar as they are of a bike event I went to photograph. The strange thing is it allows me to export half of that import but not the middle section for some reason.

If all are of the same format (RAW) I have no idea. Sorry.

Don't know either. Just a few ideas what you could try:

    • create a support request
    • export the middle part as originals or as a catalog, Establish a new catalog or session with this limited no.of images and try outprocessing.
    • read the application.log to see if you find the error msg and if there is some more information around it

    Dom,

Have you edited the images that will not export?

Are you doing anything to direct the images to specific folders as part of the Export?

    BeO:

I shall probably do that and see what happens. The log files didn't tell me much so ill see what is going on.

    Thank you for your response.

    SFA:

I have indeed. Nope, they are just being exported to that file and nothing else. It is a bit strange isn't it?

    Thank you for your response.
