Can't save Workspace - cropping tool disappears after saving workspace!

    How about more detail? I've never had a problem saving a workspace. What version of C1 are you using—Express vs Pro, for example? How are you trying to save? What version of macOS (or mac OS X)?

    Same here. Since C1 20 PRO.

    MBP mid2015 Mojave with latest C1 21

    always when i save workspace (Window>Workspace>Save Workspace) the order of icons on the toolbar and tools in the tooltab is automatically rearranged.

    Are you saving the workspace with a non-Default (i.e. name as supplied during a C1 installation) name?

    If so there should be a separate record of that workspace definition.

    However, there will also be a "current and recent" settings at the user and catalog (or session) level that may be influencing what you are experiencing in some (possibly unexpected) way.

    i dont get it and still have this annoying problem. i just want to save a simple workspace!

    Yes sure!

    And it happens instantly after pressing the save button.

    Hi, 

    I have the exact same problem.

    When I try to save a workspace, after I enter my workspace name and press enter the workspace changes back to its last saved state, and all the change I did in the workspace disappear. 

    Then the new workspace wasn't saved and it is lost. This problem is extremely problematic for my company.

    Please help!

    I have had the same problem for some while and would like to get this sorted now.

    Capture One 22 Pro Build 15.1.2.1

    All saved workspaces appear in the Application Support for C1 as .plist files but I can't retrieve any of them and, most frustratingly, if I add tools to my workspace and save it with a different name it goes back to the one I started with - and I lose the tools I've just added!

    Suggestions please.

    It seems that nobody has an answer for this so I would like to contact Capture One direct but can't find the current way to report a bug. 

    I have done this occasionally in the past and found them very helpful but something has changed.

    Any ideas anyone?
