Capture one won't start

I'm using capture one 20 and last time it freeze so i've force it to close using task manager and after that it won't start anymore.

I've tried to uninstall it and re install but nothing change,i've already tried all the solution in the forum but no one worked for me.

I look at the application log and it stop at : "initialized application settings" I look up too to the task manager and everytime i open it it loads just for a few seconds and after that on the status it shows interrupt.

So if anyone have any idea about it let me know.
