Tethered Exposure Control with Sony a7sii

I have a Sony a7sii tethered to the newest Capture 21 pro software.  I'm new to this software and camera.  My question: Is there any way to quickly jump around with exposure settings?  Currently, the only way I can find to change the exposure is to step through each exposure step with the arrows.  Ideally, I'd like to be able to jump from a short manual exposure (<1 s) to something long (>5 s) without click, click, clicking through every step.  Any help would be appricated.  Oh, running on Win 10.    Thanks!
