C1 21 Quits Unexpectedly

How do I resolve this problem where C1 21 Pro unexpectedly quits while it is loading?

I am running Mac OS 10.13.6 on an older iMac. I just updated C1 to version 14.3.1 and still have the same problem. My MBP running 10.13.6 handles C1 ver. 14.3.1 just fine.

Here's the exceptions from the problem report.

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x00007f89d0682a80
Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY
