NÃO CONSIGO IMPORTAR MINHAS FOTOS

ola, não estou conseguindo importar minhas fotos em RAW, apenas fotos em JPEG, na hora que vou importar como fotos ele consta que não á imagens na massa. sou meio novo no progama e gostaria muito de permanecer nele, estive pesquisando sobre, mas nao consegui achar nada sobre. 

vocês me conseguiriam da uma solução?
