Can not make a new catalog

Hello,

 

My software will not allow me to make a new catalog. 

I get a dialogue box that says,

Unable to open "name of new catalog"

Capture One was unable to open "name of new catalog".

Error: The document could not be created

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I can open existing catalogs, but no matter what I do, I can not make a new one. Can anyone help?

    The error message tells me you cannot OPEN a Catamounts you did not create before.

    You have to create one before open ist. Another menue item. At the moment Iam writing on mobile phone so I cannot tell you where to go.

    Now I can tell you, where you can find "New Catalog":

    Or just press <CTRL><SHIFT><N> instead to create a new catalog.
