Oliver, if you don't give us more details it's impossible even to comment on this, and even more try to help.

The problem is, that if I am using two different repair layers for retouching (one with 100% opacity for cleaning the skin and one with about 30% opacity for reducing wrinkels etc.) the picture looks fine in the viewer. But when I export it (no matter if as psd or tiff or jpeg) the corrections are not applied correctly in the final image: the repaired spots are filled with other content than in the viewer., resulting in dark spots.

If I am using only one repair layer, thing work fine.

I am using the most recent Version of C1 on a M1 Macbook Pro with 16GB.

I just found out that this problem does not occur if I disable hardware acceleration for export.

So, that´s the original without any repair layers applied:

Here, when I apply the rapair layers and have Hardware acceleration DISABLED:

And that is happening if Ih have ENABLED Hardware acceleration on my 13" MBP M1:

I would suggest that you use the "Submit a request" feature and create a Support Case to engage with the Capture One Technical Support team for personalised support.

My feeling is that this may be difficult to analyse in terms of the Hardware Acceleration issue unless one has some access to the technology involved and the code that runs.

Also some deep technical support sources for the OS/GPU/GPU driver combinations that are part of the process when HW acceleration is active.

Sure a final diagnosis requires knowledge of the code, but Oliver's finding is a strong indicator (in addition of being a valuable workaround). Add to this reports of corrupted images during export from multiple sources (me included) fixed by disabling hardware acceleration (after a suggestion by Capture One support) and we have a strong suspect.

I second the point of creating a support case to make C1 aware of the frequency of the problem, because this should be fixed as soon as possible.

I already contacted C1 support earlier this week, so hopefully solution is on the way in the background...
