improving quality of image

someone help!

i want to enlarge a photo for a frame but the quality of the picture isn't great. does anyone know how to use Capture one to improve the quality so it doesn't look as blurry blown up

    Something like Topaz Gigapixel AI is a better tool for making photos bigger.  Capture One isn't great at that job.

    It is a real challenge to improve the sharpness of a blurry picture !

    What is your expected viewing distance?

    A small image in a frame at a few cms away may not look great.

    Mad large and viewed at a distance could look OK. (As an extreme example think large advertising panels.)

    If you cannot achieve desirable sharpness, is there an option to make use of an artistic "soft" result for your purpose?
