Renewal auto payment notice - lack of
Unsure if C1 staff monitor these posts, but…
Most annual subscription software vendors provide an advance notice to customers of pending automated renewal payments. It’s just good customer relations. Today my credit card provider notified me of an automated C1 renewal charge on my card. I was planning on renewing anyway, so I’m not terribly upset. Just a bit surprised I had to find out from my card company and not C1. It seems like a simple thing to do to help smooth relations when people are getting edgy about the software world migrating to subscription models.
