Import Event: Proxy Creation failed

last time the Raws from my Nikon D7200 caused at the import a Event-Storm with the message "Proxy Creation Failed", the D850 Pics worked fine at this point. But some functions failed in C1 (like adjustment of the rotation). The software I changed from 1.5 yrs ago to C1 can handle this pics without any issues.

Today the Pics from the D850 have today the same issue, but now I updated the the new Version 14.3.1, the issue happens again (but the rotation adjustment works)

Has somebody an idea? otherwise I'll open a Ticket at C1,

    SOLVED :-)

    my SSD with the catalog & cache was full (up to the last Byte)

    I deleted the cache folder, now everything works fine. :-)

    (just the folders I select need now a little to create the cache files again)
