Crop to path or Crop Outside Image doesn't work

I'm experiencing an issue with the "Crop to path" and/or "Crop Outside Image" when exporting as PSD. It also happens for TIF (with the respect crop activated).

So the only way to export a file with "Crop Outside Image" that I found is to export as JPG.

Is anyone having a similar issue?
