Loupedeck+ and C1 v21

Has anyone been able to get the loupedeck to work with C1 v21? I can get it to work with everything else but C1. Any assistance would be awesome!

  You have to get the right shortcuts settings  in CaptureOne to let the LD+ control surface to act correctly. on Mac OS You need to have Loupedeck_beta.plist in the folder library>application support>Capture one >KeyboardShortcuts. Have a look there to be sure the missing is the main reason LD+ won't work with CaptureOne. if there, in C1 you MUST choose the key mapping called Loupedeck_beta (look at menu bar > Modify > modify the shortcuts shortcut :Command Option Caps .).  Last version of my loupedeck + installer HAVE NOT installed this file in the required directory to let you use LD+. So 2 solutions I sent it my file to you or you made a request to loupe deck creator saying you miss the file after install. It let them think there is some trouble . Yours Chris

  Hi Chris,

  is it possible to send me that Loupedeck_beta.plist file? I would like to give it a try but my installation does not contain that file.
