Customise import-mapping between LensProfile/Style/Filter and Lens-Metadata
Hallo,
I miss a function for mapping between lenses and different lens profiles or a own createt lens correction.
A lot of lenses are missing, sometimes is the problem only a different mount. At the moment my workflow is not effective. Every session a manual mapping, what needs as first step a sort aftes lens metadate ans then a picking of lens-correction-profile. It needs a lot of time and its absolutely boring.
Could I create a mapping it would be really helpful and spent a lot of time. How can it realised? A rule like
Is the lenses meta date = <text> then use lens correction <from table for lens correction>.
For example:
I have a Canon EF Mount...- there is a profile for different mount...
- lens meta data = <Sigma 1.4 HSM DG | A 018>
> I create a mapping rule to lens profile <Sigma 1.4 HSM DG | A (L-Mount)>
I have a Sigma 500/4 - there is no lens profile, but I have a custom preset. It names for example <OwnSig500>
- lens meta data = <500mm F4 DG OS HSM | Sports 016>
> I create a mapping to custom preset <OwnSig500>
A luxury solution would be a pick-up of lens meta data from a picture.
What do you mean, could it be helpful? Should it be realised?
Thanks Danny
