Screen flickering

Having problems after downloading capture one. Qfter a couple days of having it my screen starts to flicker as soon as I land on the main screen(home screen). This is without opening capture one and the flickering doesn't stop until I uninstall capture one. (I have a brand new computer. 5070 graphics card, 16gb ram, 1 terabyte of ssd memory)
