Custom ICC Profiles not working with Fuji

I can not get a custom ICC profile to load with Capture One21 using my Fuji GFX100.

 Workflow:
-Shoot CC Classic target
-ICC: No color correction
-Curve: Linear
-Export as 16bit TIF/ Uncompressed/ Embed Camera Profile
-Run through X Rite Color Checker Software, save profile, close C1.
-Return to C1, set ICC to newly created profile, change curve back to auto.

No profile loaded. The image is the same as it was out of the camera.

I use this exact same workflow with a Canon camera, on the same computer and C1 build and works perfectly. 

What gives with the Fuji files?
