Capture One 21 unable to tether to LeafDM33

I used CaptureOne for many, many years and really love it

However, I just upgraded from CaptureOne12 to CaptureOne21 (annual subscription) and now I am unable to tether to my MamiyaLeaf DM33 capture back one a PhaseOne 645DF camera body. I shoot product catalog work and cannot afford to have my system down for very long.

Please advise me on how to proceed to get my camera tether working.

I am working on a 27" iMac with 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7 processor and running Mojave (v10.14.6) OS

  I'm not sure how things work with subscriptions but if you still have V12 installed (Pre-12.1) you may be able to activate it using your V21 activation key. You would certainly be able to do that using a perpetual license key for V21.

  Unfortunately, if you previously had a V12 perpetual key that will most likely have disappeared with a subscription option in place.

  If you need to revert to V12 AND need a fresh download you will need to contact C1 support for assistance.

  V12 is still available for download but, as far as I recall, only the final V12 release can be accessed from the web site and that won't help you.

  Alternatively, as a Phase One user, you could try the forum on the Phase One web site to see if other users have alternative suggestions or, maybe, other routes to access specific versions of older software since, in this case, the problem is, ultimately, a Phase One/Digital Back hardware support problem.
