Nef files no lonoger recognized

Permanently deleted user

I got capture one 20 for  Nikon and it used to recognise my D5500 and D850 files but that is no longer the case. I go to the files and when I click the folders they are all empty

    There is no reason for that unless something has changed on your system.

    Has anything changed since the last time you were able to open the files successfully?
