CaptureOne images coming into computer blurry when Tethered

Hi,

I have been having some issues with CaptureOne when tethering to a camera. I did a photoshoot all last week and didn't have a problem but today I have been shooting and all the images are coming in out of focus/lowres. I have tried to find a solution online but nothing seems to be working.

I have tried:

- Regenerating preview
- Changing the preview image size in preferences to a 3480

Anyone have this issue/know of a solution??
