C1 21 14.4 Beta 3
Hello,
I've recently started beta testing C1 21, this morning I attempted to open the current Beta 3 version and was reminded that this had expired (on 9/27 per the included release notes). I now get a notice that says "Thank you for trying Capture One. This pre-release is now expired. Please go to our website and download the latest version."
I did as I was directed, and the only version there is the same Beta 3 that is now expired. Thinking maybe the 14.4 version had been released, I checked there and found only 14.3.1. Is this normal for beta's to expire with no replacements or moves to production? I can't imagine that this lack of continuity is by design...is this just how C1's beta program works?
Regards,
HL

Hi, As a general rule discussions on pre releases are not allowed, that being said I have experienced the same issue, which has only happened once before in the 2 years I have used C1.
So it either means a public update is due imminently or they have missed a scheduled release of beta 4.
The only people that can help are C1 support, so you may need to raise a ticket,
Regards
James

Thanks, James, glad I'm not alone. Unfortunately support is not available for beta versions, at least I recall being told that at some point early on. Hopefully we'll see an update in the coming days.

Hi,
Support is available but only via the option in the beta software, not much use if you can't get it to load. Just hope C1 address this before the end of the week. If not I may give up on beta releases and providing feedback,

The release version should seemingly come tomorrow....
