Tethered Capture keeps disconnecting and Capture numbering sequence restarts
This has happened twice now on 2 of my shoots at work.
Im currently using CaptureOne 21 Pro Build 14.3.1.10, shooting on a Canon 5DMarkIV with a TetherTools USB cable.
My shooting gets interrupted with the program saying that either the camera is busy and then an error occurs and pops up and I have to reconnect the tether cable again.
The really frustrating thing apart from this connectivity issue is also the restarting of my capture numbering sequence, which screws up the way the images are sequenced in the previews, which makes it hard for clients to scroll through and make their selections. I don't know how to solve this and it's killing me a bit!
You can see in the previews on the right that all the images are jumbled up.

Now it's saying camera error. I have to mention that I'm using the Tethertool's Tetherblock too to secure the cable.

Hi Elsa (Hopefully you get notified on this).. Did you ever get this resolved? It's been happening to me for a year or so also, thought upgrading to 21 from 20 might help, but didn't. Also using Canon and Tether Tools USB.
