Error trying to activate the product

I bought  CO21 today and its giving a lot of problem to activate it 

 

I have the license key. When i input that, it promts to enter a registration key on www.captureone.com 

 

I put that and it gives this error message

 

Oops, this registration key is invalid. Please try again or get in touch with our support team. 

 

What can I do?? Thank u all
