Reinstallation du logiciel clef invalide

Je suis abonné.

Petit soucis, j'ai dû réinstallé le logiciel sur mon mac, mais la clef transmis ne fonctionne plus. Comment faire ?

    As a guess, you probably need to de-activate the old installation record from your account and then open C1 and complete a new activation activity.

    Try that first if you have not done so already.
