Stuttering and Generally Lagginess After Selecting Image?

Hello all,

I ran into some visual issues after installing a fresh copy of Capture One 22 on a brand-new computer and wanted to share my fix here.

In particular, I experienced a serious delay in mouse movement and flickering when moving my cursor along the interface after selecting an image.

I tried turning hardware acceleration on/off and using smaller previews to no avail.

My resolution to the issue ended up being a couple of changes to the NVIDIA program settings for Capture One. Specifically, I set Monitor Technology to "Fixed Refresh" and the Max Refresh Rate to my display's native refresh which is 144hz.
