Wanted to try the express version. Their server does not allow me to validate the numbers they gave me. Trying to contact them. No support. No way to start the software without that complicated. validation process. Very poor, very disappointing.

  Agree with you!  Support is unavailable & even though I have a monthly plan, I am asked to log in every time I try to download a site, and the program wants me to sign up for a "free trail'.  Very poor, very disappointing!!!!

  I have questions waiting for 9 months now.

  Latest : Cannot start last download C21.
