session editing - wrong session

Hi there, 

there may be a simple answer to this….  I've made the mistake of editing the pictures from session B in session A. As a result when I open session B the edits I made to it in session A aren't visible.  Given that I had already started editing session B beforehand I would like to merge the edits from both sessions into session B.  Is this possible ?
