Not opening in Topaz

Since uploading 14.4.0.135 I am unable to open a file to use Topaz Sharpen or DeNoise, either from the short cut or by going through the "open with" option. I am not a techie and do not expect to have to make background changes on my computer to get it to work.

Can you guys at Capture One fix this bug please and let me know?

  I have used Topaz DeNoise as soon as yesterday with 14.4 version, "editing with...", and it works. Did you check your Topaz Labs softwares are in the plug-in list (look under Capture One preferences) ? If not, you can add them.

  had you not have explained that so clearly and without missing a step, I would not have been able to do that.

  However you did - and I did!

  Thank you so much - all working perfectly now.

  I hope that one day Capture One will be good enough that I don't feel the need for topaz but, otherwise, I am very happy with it.
