Focus mask seems barely working with latest version of C1

I use focus mask all the time but with my 1st shoot using version 14.3.1 my images get barely any "green". I have threshold set to lowest and color to highest.

    I don't know the answer, and I don't often use the focus mask. But do you really mean version 14.3.1? The latest (just released) is 14.4.0.
