Enterprise version always the newest version?

    As a safe decision you should assume that V21 will not work with V22 converted or created catalogs or sessions. 

    As I understand things the Enterprise option is a subscription arrangement.  If so there is no additional cost to upgrading.

    However, if you need to support clients that are still using older versions you may wish to retain installations of older versions and activate them when required using the latest license key for the latest version.

    From my understanding an Enterprise license provided some sort of direct contact with a C1 person for such questions so for completeness I would contact Capture One directly through that route or by using the "Submit a request" options to create a Support Case in order to obtain an official answer and explanation of the possibilities.
