Problem with "edit with" option in Capture One 14.4.0

Having an issue when clicking the "open with" option on an image in Capture One. Doesn't matter if I'm trying to open with Photoshop Affinity Photo or any other apps. It just doesn't do anything. No warnings either, it's as if I never clicked the option. Anyone else getting this with the latest update??

    I have seen some similar posts in the Mac section of the forums in the past week. 

    I don't recall seeing the same for the Windows section so it may be Mac specific but I can't be sure.

    You should be able to find the posts quite easily - they will be very recent.

    I too am having this problem. It only began with 14.4.

    My work around is convoluted, but it works.  I first select "Edit With", C1 creates a Tiff file in the browser (fails to activate Affinity Photo). I then choose "Open With" and C1 behaves normally.

    Hello, has this problem been fixed now? new M1 Mac mini, C1 v 14.4.1, EDIT WITH doesnt work, it creates new TIFF file but image never arrives at Affinity photo. I have my plugin screen ENABLED on C1 but I'm unable to add Affinity photo to the list of plugins. Thanks

    I am using 15.2 and to the best of my knowledge it still exists.  Frankly, I gave up on it and just use "Edit With" . I think that the guys at C1 are lost and at the present rate of their "problem solving" I doubt if there will be version 16 on my computer.
