Problem zwischen C1 und FotoStation Pro

Ich bin von Lightroom auf C1 (C1 21 für Nikon, Mac Version) umgestiegen und seitdem kann mein Hauptkunde die exportierten JPGs nicht mehr in FotoStation Pro einlesen. Die Technikabteilung beim Kunden ist ratlos. Ich auch.

Wenn ich die JPGs aus C1 in Lightroom einlese und von dort exportiere geht es.

Ich fotografiere mit der Nikon D5 und Z6II im RAW-Format.

    You would probably help the community members to assist if you provide details of your export recipe and also, what steps you are taking to export your raw files to JPEGs.
    I use a Z6 ii and have had no problems with exports of JPEGs.

    Sie würden den Community-Mitgliedern wahrscheinlich helfen, wenn Sie Details zu Ihrem Exportrezept angeben und auch, welche Schritte Sie unternehmen, um Ihre Rohdateien in JPEGs zu exportieren.
    Ich benutze eine Z6 ii und hatte keine Probleme mit dem Export von JPEGs.

    Hello Shane Baker, thank you very much for your reply.
    I make a preselection of the pictures with Photomechanic and label them there. I import the selected images into C1 and do the normal image processing. Then I export the images from RAW format as JPGs. ICC profiles are like in Lightroom.
    All work steps are as before in Lightroom.
    The problem is not due to the files from the cameras, because the customer can process the JPG files from the Nikon D5 that can be exported with Lightroom, but unfortunately not the JPG files from C1.

    P.S. Unfortunately, Lightroom only allows image editing of data from Nikon-Z cameras as a subscription version. And to subscribe to a computer program, I don't do that.

    Ich treffe eine Vorauswahl der Bilder mit Photomechanic und beschrifte dort. Die Ausgewählten Bilder importiere ich in C1 und mache die normale Bildbearbeitung. Dann exportiere ich die Bilder vom RAW-Format als JPGs. ICC-Profile sind wie in Lightroom.
    Alle Arbeitsschritte sind wie früher in Lightroom.
    Das Problem liegt auch nicht an den Dateien aus den Kameras, denn die JPG-Dateien aus der Nikon D5, die mit Lightroom exportiert werden kann der Kunde verarbeiten, die JPG-Dateien aus C1 leider nicht.

    P.S. Leider erlaubt Lightroom Bildbearbeitung von Daten aus Nikon-Z Kameras nur als Abo-Version. Und ein Computerprogramm zu abonnieren, das mache ich nicht.

    Ok. I'm none the wiser!  :-)

    Two questions. Firstly, is the version of C1 for Nikon you are using the paid version or the "Express" (that is, free) version?

    Secondly. There's not that much you can do exporting to a JPEG. I've attached a screen capture of a recipe from my copy of C1. Can you do the same?

    There are much better qualified people than me on this community. I'm trying to ask the questions they might want answered so they can come up with a solution when they come on line.

    Zweitens. Es gibt nicht viel, was Sie beim Exportieren in ein JPEG tun können. Ich habe eine Bildschirmaufnahme eines Rezepts von meiner Kopie von C1 angehängt. Können Sie dasselbe tun?

    Es gibt in dieser Community viel besser qualifizierte Leute als mich. Ich versuche, die Fragen zu stellen, die sie vielleicht beantwortet haben möchten, damit sie eine Lösung finden können, wenn sie online sind.

    Ok. I'm afraid I've got nothing. There's nothing obviously wrong to me.

    Hopefully, as people wake up and come on line, someone will have an answer.

    It's not something silly, like file naming, is it?

    Also, can you open your JPEG straight out of C1 with Apple Preview?

    Can your client open a file from C1 in another format - such as TIFF?

    I'm just throwing out ideas now!  :-)

    Können Sie Ihr JPEG auch direkt aus C1 mit Apple Preview öffnen?

    Kann Ihr Kunde eine Datei von C1 in einem anderen Format öffnen - beispielsweise TIFF?

    Ich werfe jetzt nur Ideen aus! :-)

     I think it  is very likely an issue with the software they use, I would try deleting the  meta data from a file with photomechanic and see if this helps.
