    As far as I can understand the C1 dialog: C1 tells you that it can not create the directory (folder) where exported images should go. Probably means that Windows denies C1 to create the directories/folders. Check folder settings in your C1 export recipe(s).

    The C1 dialog is  most likely too narrow to show the full path. If it is all there, I think Windows (correctly) objects to C1 creating folder C:\Users\Gonzalo. I would believe though, that the dialog shows just the first part of the user name, after which you probably have named at least one sub folder.

    Windows (and other systems as well) enforces constraints on names used for folders and files. Some characters are not allowed because they have been reserved for some special meaning, some characters confuse Windows and require a quoted ("C:\Users\...\...\...") path string. As a test, try folder names using only US ascii characters 0-9A-Z  (no spaces characters!) and see if that works. If you try to export to folder C:\Users\....\....\My exported images\2021, try My-exported-images (no space characters) or "My exported images". There may be other constraints as well, such as maximum number of characters.

    Hola Impares,

    Estuve revisando los permisos y restricciones en windows y todo esta bien, inclusive ya había exportado antes algunas pero al hacer una actualización del programa quedo con esta falla y que tampoco puedo cambiar el nombre de las imágenes, de todas formas exportando las mismas imágenes (en la misma ruta de exportación ...carpeta raíz y subcarpetas) con Lightroom y no tuve inconveniente, por lo tanto el problema esta en C1 no en windows, ¿alguna idea de que mas podra ser?

    De antemano gracias por la ayuda!

    One possible problem is that the path you think you are exporting to is not going to where you think it is going.

    Check that the full path is really valid if you have not done so already.

    He cambiado a diferentes carpetas de destino y a ninguna exporta, hace unas horas volví a instalar la versión 14.3.1 y ya puedo cambiar los nombres de las imágenes pero cuando trate de exportar se volvió loco y no obedecía al seleccionar el recipiente de exportación. Exporte bajo la misma ruta y carpeta en lightroom y no tuve inconveniente, el problema esta en C1.
