After Update version 14.4.0.101
After updating from version 14.3.1 to 14.4.0.101, Capture one no longer starts.
After selecting a catalogue, you only see the programme interface for a short time, then nothing happens and the programme closes unexpectedly.
It seems that the "old" catalogue files cannot be converted into a new format?
The programme ran perfectly with version 14.3.1.
Unfortunately, I have neither received any response to my support request nor to the crash report I submitted some time ago.
This is a sad result for the support of a professional software.
Is there any other way to contact support directly to get more timely information?

I've had a similar experience - in particular the Color editor would open and then just collapse itself. You then couldn't open it again.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled 14.3.1 as I can't work without it. I was hoping they'd have released a fix by now, but unfortunately not
