Import of a lot of photos

Dear all,

I use Windows 10 64 Bit with the latest version of Capture One. My camera is the Nikon D850 with RAW files. The dialog is frozen, if I will to import more than 5 files. A cannot see the preview or change the file name or change another things.

I can only click of "import" and the import works. But what is wrong with the import dialog?

 

I hope, you have a solution for me.

  Can you post a screenshot of C1 so that we see what you see?

  Hi Blandyna,

  if you can click "Import" (and it works), the import windows dialog cannot be frozen completly. Is any option field greyed out? How many images are shown to be imported? I mean the shown number, not the previews.

  Hi, today a haven't this problem. I had no previews and the number of pictures was frozen too. The shown number was 30, I have 256 pictures imported.

  I hope, this was only a small trouble from Windows...
