Impossible to login.
Totally frustrated by the log in procedure.Taken up a subscription after a free trial and I can not log in.Enter the subscription code but this ends up in a dead end.

This post is in a thread that came from a former Forum engine mostly for historical completeness.
More often than not these days such posts seem to be precursors for spammers to create accounts, post something that looks like a "real" comment and then return a short time later and post a spam link to something entirely unrelated.
I'm not sure about this one. You could be a genuine poster posing a slightly tricky to interpret observation about the current version but accidentally adding it to a mostly archival section of the forum.
If this is a real question about Capture One V21 activation with a purchased license activation key on a system that has had a previous Trial installation, the following linked article should help.
