Previews and Thumbnails blurry/poor quality after import with normal source file.

Permanently deleted user

After import, my photos appear blurred/with poor quality when viewing within capture one (in viewer). I've check the source files and they look good/normal and I've exported the images and result also looks normal again. See attached photo, normal (exported) photo located to in 'preview app' window to left. Blurred preview/thumbnail seen in C1 app's viewer. I've submitted a ticket for help 12 day ago and no response. Nothing has worked (chain preview image size under preferences, regenerating previews, output recipes, nothing has worked). Currently on C1 21pro 14.4.0., iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012),  macOS Catalina.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi I have the same problem. Could you fix the issue & if yes how?
    would really appreciate some help on it as I am trying everything and nothing seems to work.
