Folder and Subfolder Organization

Just a quick question. When using a catalog, can I have import organize my folders like this? Year > Month > file type. Example: 2021 > October > RAW? Currently, all I can get is a folder named 2021OctoberRAW, which adds a ton of unnecessary folders.
