Just a couple of ideas I think may be good for the software. First is that I am in a minority of people who like to export my finished raw edit to a tiff file. I store both the edited raw and the final tiff within the c1 catalog. It would be nice to have an option in the export dialogue to add the exported image to the catalogue. I currently export and then synchronise the folder to achieve this. Secondly I think it would be really nice to have an option to see a luminance only histogram instead of a combined luma and rgb histogram. It’s nice to have the option to see one or the other or both combined as it is now.

  I have forwarded your suggestions to add an option in the export dialogue to add the exported image to the catalog, as well as an option to see a luminance only histogram instead of combined luma and RGB histogram to our Product Management team.

  Hopefully, your feedback contributes towards a future version of Capture One.

  Whilst we cannot comment on future releases, we take all suggestions on board.

  I have the same request as Stephen Moore-Vale, that there be an option in the export dialogue to add the exported image to the catalogue.  This is an example of a basic file management capability that Capture One sadly still lacks, contributing to its overall weakness in this area.  Another example is the inability to change the tone of the background of the Browser.  Another example is the limited options available for labels in the Browser, which should offer the option to show data in the label such as image size, format, and date.
